Projects marked † were engineered and managed by BEAM's team prior to the founding of the practice in 2016 — the work is Fadi Dakwar's, carried out while he was technical manager or project engineer at Alumco. We list them because the experience is real and the record should be complete, and we mark them because the distinction matters.
