What happens to your information.

This policy explains what happens to your information when you visit beamuae.com or contact BEAM Engineering Services. It is short because the site does very little with your data.

Who we are

BEAM Engineering Services is a façade engineering practice licensed in the Emirate of Ajman, United Arab Emirates. Office 210, Falcon Tower, Ajman. P.O. Box 8600.

What this website collects

Nothing, directly. This site has no contact form, no newsletter sign-up, no account system, no analytics and no advertising. It sets no cookies and stores nothing in your browser.

Two things are loaded from outside our server, and each sees your IP address as a normal consequence of serving a file to your browser:

• Google Fonts — the typefaces the site is set in, served by Google. See Google’s privacy policy.
• jsDelivr — one small open-source script that smooths page scrolling.

Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs — IP address, time, page requested, browser — for security and troubleshooting. We do not use them to build any profile of you.

When you email us

If you send us drawings or an enquiry, we receive whatever you choose to send: your name, your email address, your phone number, and the project material itself.

We use it only to answer you and, if we work together, to carry out the engagement. We do not sell it, rent it, or send you marketing you did not ask for.

Project drawings stay confidential. Material a client or prospective client sends us is treated as commercially confidential. It is not published, not shared with third parties, and not used as a work sample without written permission. If you need a non-disclosure agreement in place before you send anything, ask — we will sign one.

How long we keep things

• Enquiries that do not proceed — kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
• Project records — kept for the life of the engagement plus the period required by U.A.E. commercial and tax law, and by any professional indemnity obligation.
• Server logs — retained by the hosting provider under its own schedule, typically a small number of months.

Who else sees it

Only the people who need to: BEAM staff working on your project, and — where a project requires it and you know about it — the consultant, contractor or system supplier on the same job. We use ordinary business service providers (email hosting, file storage, website hosting) who process data on our instructions.

We will disclose information if we are legally required to by a U.A.E. authority or a court.

Where it is held

Our email and files are held on commercial cloud services, which may store or process data outside the United Arab Emirates. Where that happens, we rely on the provider’s contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under U.A.E. Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and equivalent law where it applies to you, you can ask us to:

• tell you what personal data we hold about you;
• correct it if it is wrong;
• delete it, where we are not required to keep it;
• stop processing it, or provide it to you in a portable form.

Email info@beamuae.com and we will respond within 30 days. There is no charge.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with how we have handled your information, tell us first at info@beamuae.com and we will try to put it right. You also have the right to raise the matter with the U.A.E. Data Office.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Email and file storage sit behind access controls on established providers. No system is perfect — if you are sending something genuinely sensitive, tell us and we will agree a secure route for it.

Children

This site is aimed at construction professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes will be flagged on this page.
